Cleveland Cavaliers City Edition 24—25

For the 2024—2025 Cleveland Cavaliers’ City Edition 2024, we drew inspiration from and partnered directly with one of Cleveland’s most esteemed cultural institutions - the Cleveland Museum of Art (CMA). Renowned for its world-class art collection and blend of historic and modern architecture, the CMA serves as a cornerstone of artistic innovation and appreciation in the region.

The uniform design pays tribute to the museum’s patented light blue color featured in their own visual identity, while incorporating architectural elements of the museum itself.

As part of the initiative to bridge art and sport, one of the standout features of the uniform is the side paneling, which is inspired by an interactive and nostalgic element - color-by-number. This concept was intended to encourage fans to engage with their own creativity, allowing them to “color” and design their jersey to their liking. The idea was to make every Cavs fan an artist, inviting them to embrace the artistic process while connecting to sport simultaneously.
