A full brand evolution for the Cleveland Cavaliers, developed to signal a new chapter for the franchise and establish a visual foundation for the future. Following several transitional seasons after LeBron James’ departure, the organization required an identity that could honor its legacy while embracing a new era defined by culture, youth, and momentum.
The updated system draws from iconic elements of Cavs history while refining them for modern application. The rebrand introduced a global logo, stacked and horizontal wordmarks, and a set of simplified secondary marks. A modernized wine and gold palette, paired with a more versatile uniform suite, created a consistent visual core that feels both grounded and elevated.
The new identity now defines how the Cavaliers show up across every touchpoint—from league-wide moments like All-Star Weekend to collaborations, campaign storytelling, and retail environments, including a graphic overhaul of the team’s flagship store, CENTER COURT.
